U-21 v Romania

July 8th, 2008 | By: j | No Comments »

Brian Flynn leads a brilliant team, including Manchester City’s Chedwyn Evans and the seventeen year-old phenom Aaron Ramsey now of Arsenal, which sits atop Group 10 with a four point advantage and two matches left against Romania. Excluding the stumble against Les Bleus which resulted in a 1-0 defeat, the Welsh squad has displayed a powerful offensive attack. Of special note with the team roster below, pay careful attention to the domestic leadership of Cardiff City, Swansea City and Wrexham developing younger players. With Cardiff and Swansea both in the Championship League it bodes well for continued growth.
